Partner
Eno Ebito is a highly skilled and proactive Legal Practitioner. She attended Mary Hanney Secondary School, Oron, Akwa Ibom State and Holy Child Secondary School, Calabar, Cross River State. She also attended University of Calabar, Calabar, Cross River State (LL.B), University of Lagos, Lagos State (LL.M) and the Nigerian Law School, Abuja (B.L). She was called to bar in 1999.
The Managing Partner, avid reader, prolific writer and never say never Lawyer, Eno has worked with foreign and local individuals and companies and at Lexagon Practice and other reputable firms to advise on the legal framework for and actual establishment of companies in Nigeria, secured credit transactions, maritime law and practice, international trade and economics law, intellectual property protection, corporate due diligence and perfection of title to real property.

Babatunde Esan

A well rounded legal practitioner, Tunde Esan attended CMS Grammar School, Lagos, Federal Government College, Ijanikin, Lagos, University of Benin, Edo State and the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. He also attended the Times Journalism Institute where he was best graduating student in photo journalism and over all best graduating student. He interned with Daily Times of Nigeria.
Called to bar in the year 2000, Tunde has worked at reputable law firms, with renowned legal luminaries and achieved remarkable feats in the determination of recondite legal issues on constitutional law, labour law, commercial/corporate law, intellectual property, insurance, land law, amongst others for clients including individuals and entrepreneurs, banks and other financial institutions, insurance and mortgage institutions, technology, oil and gas majors etc. He acts as company secretary, has been involved in debt recovery and winding up of companies, convening completion board meetings, private placements and other corporate regulatory and compliance requisites.
A much sought after speaker at seminars and contributor to legal body of knowledge, Tunde is currently undertaking courses leading to membership of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigerian.
